Award Nomination Process

We are still accepting nominations for the 2023 Class of Leaders of Distinction. Nominate a candidate using our online form, download and submit a nomination packet or submit an alternative format outlined in the nomination packet with a cover letter. We recommend reviewing the packet for required information and compiling all content before completing the online nomination form.  

If you would like a paper copy mailed to you, please email events@girlscoutsww.org. To aid you in completing the form, we have prepared a list of frequently asked questions. If you have additional questions, feel free to contact Tana Graedel.

Nominations for the 2023 Women of Distinction Leadership Awards are due no later than end of day Friday, September 8.

Selection Process

Leaders of Distinction are selected by GSWW’s Philanthropy Committee and Board of Directors who meet to consider nominations and make the final selections. Awardees and their nominators will be notified in September 2023. GSWW will also notify the nominators of non-selected candidates. Nominees who are not selected during the first year they are nominated will be automatically considered for the second year.
