Friday
4:00-6:00 PM – Arrive & Get Settled
6:00–9:00 PM – Welcome Dinner + Intentional Art Experience. Enjoy a nourishing meal and participate in a grounding creative activity designed to set the tone for your weekend and serve as a keepsake of your journey.
Saturday
8:00–9:00 AM – Lakeside Morning Yoga. Start your day with gentle movement and breathwork as the sun rises over the lake.
9:00–10:00 AM – Breakfast
10:00–10:30 AM – Well-Being Calibration. A reflective tool to assess where you're thriving and where gentle shifts might support your well-being.
10:30–11:00 AM – Morning Walk (Optional). Stretch your legs with a quiet loop through camp or alongside the water.
11:00 AM–Noon – Values & Mission Workshop. Discover your core values and create a personal mission statement to anchor your daily choices.
Noon–1:00 PM – Lunch
1:00–2:30 PM – Simple Shifts for Lasting Wellness. Gain practical, accessible strategies to enhance sleep, manage stress, nourish your body, and stay active—without the pressure of perfection.
2:30–3:00 PM – Guided Visualization Meditation. Let go and recharge with a calming journey of the mind using seven centering words and imagery.
3:00–4:30 PM – Rest & Recreation. Choose your pace: nap, journal, take a swim, kayak across the lake, try your hand at archery, or explore the trails. Personal bikes and paddle boards welcome!
4:30–5:00 PM – Art for Belonging + Purpose. Create a piece that reflects key themes of meaning, connection, and renewal.
5:30–6:30 PM – Dinner
7:00–8:30 PM – Evening Stroll & Lakeside Recreation
8:30–9:30 PM – Sound Bath in Nature. Relax under the stars with a meditative sound bath, a gentle gateway to deep rest.
9:30–10:00 PM – Sunset Campfire & Letting Go Ceremony. Gather at the lakeshore to release something you've outgrown and reclaim your energy.
Sunday
8:00–9:00 AM – Yoga & Stretch

10:00–11:00 AM – Creating Your Action Plan. Capture your insights and intentions in a personal plan to carry your Rekindle experience forward.
11:00 AM–Noon – Weaving It Together + Community Reflections
Noon–1:30 PM – Lake Time & Check-Out. Ease back into the world with a final paddle or lakeside moment before departure.
