For this event we're offering outdoor and indoor options, all housing includes full access to weekend workshops, programming, meals, and a welcome gift bag. Choose the stay that supports your comfort and journey. Quieter units are available and all accommodations are on a first-come, first serve basis.
Our outdoor accommodation immerses you in the natural beauty of Camp River Ranch.
Nestled in forested areas near meadows and lake views, our outdoor cabins offer a rustic yet comfortable experience in open-air platform tents located in the Cedars, Pebbles, and Hidden Forest units. Each cabin sleeps six and includes a covered roof, wooden floors, and mattresses on bunk frames—guests in these units bring their own bedding. Shared restrooms with flush toilets and water access are nearby, and each unit features a communal fire circle and cook shelter. These spaces are perfect whether you're seeking quiet reflection, camaraderie with others, or a peaceful place to rest under the trees.
Shared Outdoor Cabin | $450
Sleep under the trees in an open-air cabins with other guests. Assigned lower bunk. Bring your own bedding and a sense of adventure.
Private Outdoor Cabin | $650
Enjoy your own private assignment in an open-air cabin (no bunkmates). Bring your own bedding. Ideal for solo travelers.

Troop Houses 1, 2, 3, and 5 are modern, cabin-style lodges with shared indoor spaces and comfortable amenities. Each troop house includes bunk beds (bedding provided), indoor bathrooms with flush toilets and showers, a full kitchen, dining area, and a cozy common room for conversation or quiet relaxation. While most rooms are shared with assigned lower bunks, a limited number of private rooms are available for those seeking extra solitude. These indoor spaces provide warmth, comfort, and community—ideal for attendees who prefer more traditional lodging while still enjoying the camp experience.
