Hello Stewards!

We're so excited for the upcoming Fall Work Party! The weekend will be filled with tackling projects around camp, fresh air, and connecting with one another as we all give back to the camp that holds a special place within our hearts. All the work that we'll do this weekend will help preserve Camp Robbinswold, and we deeply appreciate your time and energy!

Arrival & Departure:

You may arrive as early as 9 AM on Saturday, but please be in the lodge, ready to work promptly at 10 AM. We will do a quick welcome and safety meeting on Saturday morning before sending everyone out to begin work.

Please let us know in advance if arriving Friday night would make it more feasible for you to participate. People can arrive on Friday starting at 3pm, no later than 9pm. Let Morgan know via phone (will be provided during housing confirmations) when you arrive at camp and then check in with him at the lodge. You may be asked to help with tasks. Food is on your own Friday evening and Saturday morning.

Work party assignments (including kapers!) will be wrapped up by 3:00 PM on Sunday, with a short gathering of the group after that in the Rotunda. We will finish between 3:15-3:30 on Sunday. We ask everyone to stay until the end please.

Cost: Due to all the increases in food prices and reductions in the Council budget, we are asking everyone this year to pay the true cost of the food which is $25. (If this is a hardship for you, please let Luisa or Morgan know, we want to make sure everyone who wants to come is able to join us.) The $25 will be collected when you register.
